Bonnie Wenk, VP Sales Transformation
With a vision for driving bottom line organization results through leveraging and maximizing individual potential, Bonnie Wenk has partnered in organizations’ strategic success for 25 years, specializing in sales leadership and customer performance the majority of those years. At Sales Effectiveness, Inc., she is responsible for building partner and customer relationships.
Bonnie brings clients the full range of talent management experience, including organization transformation and strategy, culture change, executive coaching, leadership and team development, and selection and assessment. She has worked with a diverse group of clients including Razorfish, AmerisourceBergen, FMC, United Health, Bayer, Mutual of Omaha, Pella, First Commonwealth Financial, Roadway, and Diebold.
Prior to joining Sales Effectiveness, Bonnie held leadership positions with consulting firms BlessingWhite, AchieveGlobal/Learning International and Development Dimensions International (DDI). Bonnie is a personable and energetic facilitator, a creative and committed partner who is focused on results, and an insightful and inspiring coach.
Bonnie earned her M.S. at Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management, and holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Westminster College. She and her husband have two sons and live in Sewickley, PA.
