Nancy Sutherland

Nancy Sutherland is one of our instructional designers and custom solutions experts. She has been designing and developing training programs for ten years, with primary emphasis on sales team training design. Training curriculum she has developed includes:

• Making effective customer calls
• Enhancing customer service skills
• Managing time and territories
• Merchandising products
• Blending multi-cultural sales force
• Developing software tools

Nancy has worked with organizations such as UPS, Coca-Cola, ADP, Delta Airlines, and Orkin. She develops strong relationships to understand their training deficiencies and needs. She is skilled in creating meaningful sales team training design that works!

Nancy holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from West Virginia University. She is working towards a Master's degree in Technical Communication at Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta, GA.

Nancy and her husband, Bob, have two children and live in Roswell, GA.
